My first Aerodays event
This will be my first Aerodays event so I’m intrigued to discover what makes this such a unique event. It certainly presents a first-hand opportunity to see and hear what’s going on, where future research activities may be focused and to meet the people involved.
The event lends itself very well to building that important network of personal contacts for future framework activities.
Aeronautics and air transport research
Aerodays 2015 attracts the leading lights in aeronautics and air transport research and innovation from across the whole of Europe to central London for this event. This time it is focused on the Flightpath 2050 challenges.
Policy, politics and research results
The event only happens once in each EU framework programme and will cover policy and political aspects that will impact future research activity, as well as publicise results from previous and ongoing innovation programmes.
Innovate UK is proud to be the Aerodays 2015 Innovation Sponsor and will host the arrivals area. That means we’ll be highlighting a selection of companies and their technologies that have been supported through our Highly Innovative Technology Enablers for Aerospace programme (HITEA).
Highly Innovative Technology Enablers for Aerospace programme
The HITEA programme is focused on solutions to key aerospace industry challenges and supports transformational technologies for new aircraft platforms and also those that can enhance the competitiveness of existing products or services.

Come and chat
You are very welcome to use our stand arrivals area as an informal meeting-up point and discussion zone whilst you’re at the Aerodays event. Our stand is Booth Number 2-12, which is conveniently in the middle of the second floor, directly opposite the Rolls-Royce and Bombardier stands.
Please come along and introduce yourself, we’d be delighted to chat.
